Friday Evening: Drinks Reception and ‘Welcome Pack’ @ 6/6.30
Saturday: Sumptuous English breakfast and a free day (Maybe Newbury MGOC will run a Petanque/Boules competition?). Visits locally to the onsite wildlife park, Forde Abbey (10 minutes) or RNAS Yeovilton (Fleet Air Arm Museum Concorde etc).
Normal dinner in the evening. Stunning grounds, bar and restaurant in Cricket House itself, accessible to all MGers of course, with entertainment.
Sunday: Sumptuous breakfast followed by TWO HOUR scenic run to HAYNES MOTOR MUSEUM – FREE. Entry to Haynes Museum is now expected to be included FREE for all "MG Cricketers"courtesy of WARNERS ….AND…..all entrants will be given a FREE Cream Tea , again courtesy of Warners ! The AUTO-GAMES on Haynes Track are expected to include HAYNES famous ‘Reverse Steer’ wacky car !!!
(but no racing and no timed events, sorry).
Sunday Evening: Gala Dinner (proposed black tie, posh frock), trophies/awards….VIP guest speaker(s) and entertainment.
Monday morning: Sumptuous breakfast and depart at your leisure.
