Bournemouth and Poole MGOC celebrated its 35th birthday in style with a well-attended Gala Dinner at the Thistle Hotel on Poole Quay on the evening of Saturday 12 October.
The evening featured live music and the slight-of-hand skills of magician Alfie who kept everyone entertained during the three course meal that was followed by slices of birthday cake.
Area secretary Graham Lowe thanked everyone for attending and said it was nice to see so many club members taking the effort to come out for the evening and help the club mark this special anniversary.
Winners in the prize draw were: Poppy Garvey (MG scarves), Les Cherrett (MG cuff links), Tony Hales (Champagne, Bob Richmond-Jones (chocolates), John Gully (MG teddy bear) and Neil Hutchinson (MG cake).
