Over 30 cars assembled at the Hamworthy Club for the start of the 2015 Autumn Road Run. Coffee and bacon rolls were much in evidence while members waited for the start. The 47 mile morning run took us out into Dorset and up and over the hills to our lunch stop at the Ship Inn at Wool. Unfortunately some of the views were not at their best due to mist. Following a good lunch there was a 20 mile afternoon run to the Barn Tea Rooms where many of the home made cakes were sampled. This was the first road run organised for us by new committee member Dave Bailey, he was aided on this occasion by George Parrott and we thank them both for a very good day out.
