The Kingston Lacy classic car day organised each year by DAMASC was attended by a large group of 1020 members who enjoyed a relaxing day in the grounds of this National Trust property.
9 cars met at Hamworthy Sports Club to travel in convoy and arrive together. Our event shelter was soon erected to provide cover in case of showers but in fact the weather remained dry all day, if a little fresh at times. We were joined by other 1020 members, who took advantage of the shelter for their coffee and lunch breaks, listening to live music and making it a very social event.
This year, DAMASC were raising funds for the Southern Spinal Injuries Trust and we hope that they had a successful day.
